Down in C 9 Hari Nagar, that’s where Rohit Exims Ovearseas is based. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. It’s not a flashy headquarters. It’s more like a home base where we handle the business. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to messages. Hari Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix. We like being here because it feels like a real community. People walk by and wave. We aren't tucked away in some sterile office park. Our space is functional. We don't spend money on things we don't need. The focus is always on getting the shipments sorted and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a lot of small details that people don't usually see. We start our mornings with a quick chat and then get right to it. Sometimes the internet is slow, sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep at it. It’s a very human way of working. We aren't a giant corporation, just some people in C 9 trying to do a good job. It’s our little corner of the world and it serves us well. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the work as it comes through the door. It’s simple and honest.
