Right11 Online Ventures Private Limited is situated on the second floor of 14/25B in Tilak Nagar. This part of West Delhi is always crowded and full of life, so there is never a dull moment outside. The building we are in is quite old and has that classic Delhi feel to it. Our office is not very big, and we have had to be quite clever with how we arrange the desks to make everyone fit. It is a very simple space with no fancy decorations or corporate branding. We have some shelves for files and a small area where we keep the drinking water and a kettle. We do not have a dedicated cleaning crew, so we all take turns keeping our own areas tidy. Most of the day is spent on our computers, dealing with various online ventures. We are not a company that cares much about titles or hierarchy. We just work together to get things done. Tilak Nagar has some great food, so lunch is usually the best part of the day. We might go out for some chole bhature or just have something from the tiffin. It is a bit loud and sometimes the power fluctuates, but we have a backup and we just keep going. It is a real, everyday office for people who just want to do their jobs without any unnecessary polish or corporate talk.
