Reliance Retail Limited

Our place is over in Janakpuri, specifically on the first floor of the C-1/111 building. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, so there is always a lot of noise from the street downstairs. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Most of the folks who work here live nearby, so we know the local tea stalls and where to get a decent lunch. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep if you’re carrying boxes, but we’re used to it by now. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work for everything we need to do. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and we all have to jump in to help out, even if it’s not our usual job. We try to keep things running smooth, but like any office in Delhi, the power might flicker or the internet goes slow and we just have to wait it out. We don’t have any big posters about our values or anything like that on the walls. We just come in, do what needs doing, and head home. Janakpuri is a good area to be in because everything is close by. We see a lot of the same people every week. It feels more like a regular neighborhood job than some big corporate thing. We’re just here doing our part and keeping the wheels turning every day.
