Rdm India Ltd is located in Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi-08, at Dr. No.2989/1E1. It’s a part of town that is always moving, with lots of small shops and homes all crowded together. We have been working out of this office for a few years now. It’s not a big fancy headquarters, just a regular space where we have our desks and computers. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily operations of the company. Sometimes the narrow alleys around here make it hard for people to find the door, but we’ve gotten used to giving directions. We don’t have any corporate branding or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done. The neighborhood is very lively, especially in the evenings when the markets are full. We have a small group of staff and we keep things pretty informal. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on the tasks at hand. There is usually a lot of typing and talking on the phones throughout the day. We like being in Ranjit Nagar because everything is close by, and it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the business runs smoothly and the paperwork is handled. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living in a very busy part of the city.
