Upstairs at A-33 in Rajouri Garden is where you’ll find Reliable Exports & Imports. It’s on the first floor, which helps keep some of the street noise out, though not all of it. Rajouri is always loud. We’ve been in this building for some time. The stairs are a bit steep if you aren’t used to them. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and files and the sound of the fan. We handle the shipping stuff from here. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place of work. Sometimes the tea man comes by twice a day, sometimes once. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If the door is unlocked, someone is here. We focus on the tasks at hand. Rajouri Garden is a good spot for us because it’s central. Getting things moved around the city from here isn't too bad if you time it right. We spend most of the day looking at schedules and talking to drivers. It’s not glamorous. It’s just what we do. The office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork, but we get through it. It’s been our base for a while now and it works for what we need. Nothing fancy. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
