Ram Lakshay Impex

Our setup at Ram Lakshay Impex is located at Wz 20 in Chunna Mal Park, over in East Punjabi Bagh. It’s a nice enough area with a bit of green around, which makes the morning commute a little better. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a main room where we do most of the packing and a small corner for the computer and the phone. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we need to do every day. We aren't the type to have meetings all day long. Most of our time is spent actually handling the goods and making sure they are ready for transport. Punjabi Bagh has a lot of traffic, so we have to plan our pickups carefully so we don't get stuck for hours. We’ve been at this for a while, and we’ve learned that being honest with people is the only way to stay in business. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around and checking labels. It can be tiring by the end of the day. But we like the independence of running our own small shop. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things the right way without any extra fuss or corporate polish. It works for us and the people we deal with.
