Prudential Academy & Home Tutors

We run Prudential Academy & Home Tutors from 61, Jagriti Enclave in the Karkardooma area. It’s a very convenient spot because we are right near the Karkardooma Metro Station. Delhi is big, so being near the metro helps everyone. Our work is mostly about coordinating. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to parents and then calling up tutors to see who can go where. The office is often a bit chaotic with registers and notebooks spread out everywhere. We have a few chairs for when tutors come in to collect their schedules or talk about their students. It’s a local business, so we know the streets of East Delhi pretty well. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It's just a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes a parent will drop by to complain about a grade, or a tutor will be late because of the traffic on Vikas Marg. That’s just part of the daily life here. We try to keep track of everything, but with so many different subjects and levels, it gets complicated. We aren't trying to be a massive education brand. We just want to make sure the kids in the neighborhood get the help they need with their studies. It’s a lot of work, and the phone never really stops ringing, but we’ve been at it for a while now and we know how it goes.
