Primus Hospital

This hospital is tucked away in Chanakyapuri, right near the Oman Embassy and behind the American Embassy. It’s a very quiet part of the city compared to other spots. You don’t get as many honking cars here. The building is on Chandragupt Marg, and we’ve been operating here for a good amount of time. Working near all these embassies means security is always around, which is a bit different from other hospitals. We have a lot of different departments. Some days the lobby is full of people from all over. It’s a big place, so sometimes people get a bit lost looking for the right wing. We try to point them in the right direction. The doctors here are busy, but they try to take the time needed. It’s a heavy job. Dealing with health is serious. We see some tough cases coming through these doors every week. The staff eats in the canteen together, talking about our shifts and regular life stuff. We aren't trying to be the most famous hospital in India. We just want to do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, and someone has to go find the maintenance guy to fix it. It’s a real place with real problems and real people. We stay open late because health issues don’t wait for the sun to come up. It’s just how the medical world works. We are here when you need us, simple as that.
