D. S. A. Impex

D. S. A. Impex has been around for a while now, right here in the E 72 block of Preet Vihar. It’s mostly just us doing our daily work in the office and making sure the orders get out on time. We don't have a big fancy setup or anything, just a regular space where we handle all the import and export stuff that comes through. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and the desks are a mess with paperwork, but that's just how it goes when you're trying to keep up with everything. If you walk past the building, you might not even notice us unless you're looking for the sign. We’ve stayed in this neighborhood because it’s convenient for getting around Delhi. The team here is pretty small, and we mostly know each other's habits by now. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a look at the logbooks. It isn't always smooth, and sometimes there are delays with the shipping companies that we have to sort out over the phone. We just try to get things moved from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and checking lists. People ask what we do, and we just tell them we move goods. It's a simple way to put it, but it covers the long hours we spend here. We don't spend much on decorating the place, we just keep the lights on and the computers running.
