Our office is located in Arjun Apartment, which is a CGHS complex in the Vikas Puri area. To be exact, we are at H.No-3-C. It is a much quieter spot compared to the noisy main roads of Delhi. Prablax is a small operation. We handle drugs and pharmaceutical business from here, though it is not a factory setup. It is more for administrative work and coordinating our distributions. We have a few desks, some computers, and a bit of storage space for samples and records. Being inside a residential apartment complex means we have to be mindful of the neighbors and keep things quiet. We do not do anything loud or messy here. Most of our work involves being on the phone or working through spreadsheets to keep the supply chain moving. We started Prablax because we had some experience in the trade and wanted to work for ourselves. It is just a few of us here. Sometimes the office feels more like a home, which we actually prefer. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby area. You just walk in and see us working. We manage everything as best as we can from this small space. It works for us. We do not need a huge glass building to do what we do. It is just practical and simple, which is how we like to run things.
