Param Hans Ice Cream Parlour

Param Hans Ice Cream Parlour is right on New Colony Main Madan Puri Road near Old Railway Road 72 and we have been here through many summers and winters. The freezers are always humming in the background which is a sound we don't even notice anymore after being here so long. We have a lot of different tubs filled with all kinds of flavors and we spend our time scooping them out for families who walk over in the evenings. It is a simple place with bright lights that you can see from the street when it gets dark outside. The road out front is usually busy with cars and bikes going towards the railway station so there is always some noise coming in through the door. We have to wipe the counters a lot because ice cream is a messy business especially when kids are involved. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to worry about the stock but mostly things run pretty smooth. We aren't a big chain or anything just a local shop where people can get a cold treat after their dinner. Being at number 72 on Old Railway Road means we get a lot of foot traffic from people just passing through the colony. It is a good spot to be and we enjoy seeing the neighborhood grow and change while we stay right here serving ice cream to whoever stops by on their way home after a long day at work.
