We are located at House Number 100 in Village Rangpuri, which is right in Street 1 near the big Radisson Hotel and the Mahipalpur post office. It’s a busy area because of the airport nearby. At Panna Frozen Foods, we deal with a lot of cold storage and getting food items ready for transport. The trucks come in and out at all hours of the night. It can get pretty noisy, but that is how the export business works. Our facility isn't fancy, but we keep the freezers running and the temperatures right. That’s the most important part of our day. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the packaging is strong enough for long journeys. It’s a lot of physical work, moving boxes and making sure everything is stacked properly so nothing gets damaged. The team here is small, mostly guys from the local area who know the streets around Mahipalpur like the back of their hand. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our heavy coats because of the cold rooms. We just focus on getting the food where it needs to go while it's still fresh. It's a tough business with tight deadlines, but we’ve been doing it long enough to handle the pressure. Dealing with exports means a lot of paperwork too, so there’s always someone sitting at the desk sorting out files.
