You can find us at 6 Central Lane over by Bengali Market. It is an interesting part of the city because there is always something happening outside, and the smell of food from the market stalls is quite strong in the afternoons. Our building is a bit older and the stairs are a little narrow, so moving equipment up and down can be a challenge. We are involved in the frozen food export business, which means we have to be very careful with our schedules and documentation. The office is usually filled with the sound of printers going and people talking to shipping agents. We don't have any fancy furniture or a big meeting room. Instead, we have a few sturdy tables and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Sometimes the traffic in the lane gets blocked by a delivery van, and we have to go out and ask someone to move so our vehicles can get through. We have a small kettle in the corner for making coffee, and that is where most of us gather for a few minutes to catch our breath. The walls are painted a plain off-white and have a few maps pinned up to help us track where everything is going. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don't spend much time on appearances because we are too busy keeping track of the freezer trucks.
