If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Mother Dairy, which is a big help for anyone trying to find the shop for the first time. The area gets pretty crowded in the mornings when everyone is out getting their milk and bread. We’ve been operating from this ground floor spot for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we do the testing and talk to people about their hearing. The noise from the main road can be a bit loud sometimes, but inside we’ve tried to keep it as quiet as possible so we can actually do our work. Dealing with speech and hearing issues takes a lot of patience, and we see people from all over this part of Delhi. It’s a local kind of vibe here. We don’t have those glossy brochures or a marketing team. It’s just us, some equipment, and a lot of daily visitors who need a bit of help. We usually have the fan going and a stack of files on the desk that never seems to get smaller. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Pandav Nagar community.
