Our place, Simran E N T, is situated in Munirka at Rama Market, A/251. It’s a local spot where we handle ear, nose, and throat concerns for the people around here. The clinic isn't very large, just a waiting area and the consultation room. We keep it simple. There are a few chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a small desk for the paperwork. It’s usually a bit of a wait because we don't like to rush through the appointments. We’ve been in Rama Market for several years, so most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. Sometimes the market gets very noisy with the traffic and the shoppers, but inside we try to keep it relatively calm for the patients. It’s a straightforward practice. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception team. It’s mostly just the doctor and a helper who manages the files and the phone. We deal with common issues like sinus problems or ear infections every single day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment is what matters, and we keep that in good shape. People come in from all over Munirka and the surrounding areas. We don't do big advertisements; people just know we are here at A/251. It’s a practical clinic for the neighborhood, and we just focus on seeing the patients who walk through the door and helping them out with their health.
