We've been at A-1/69 Panchsheel Enclave for a while now. Running Cornerstone Exim Pvt. Ltd. keeps us pretty busy every day. It's just a regular office where we handle the export and import side of things. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We started out small and just kept going because that is what you do. Dealing with shipping and logistics means things change fast, so we spend a lot of time on our computers or talking to vendors. It isn't always glamorous work. Some days are just about double-checking lists and making sure the crates are where they need to be. We know the neighbors around Panchsheel Enclave well by now. The tea stall nearby is a frequent stop for us when things get a bit stressful. We aren't a giant operation with hundreds of people, just a dedicated group trying to get the job done right. We’ve learned over the years that mistakes happen, but you just fix them and move on. People ask us how we manage the international side of things from here, and it's mostly just about staying organized and keeping in touch with everyone. It is a lot of back and forth. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, files, and a lot of coffee to keep us moving through the afternoon slump. It works for us and we just keep at it.
