Northstar Pharmaceuticals India Private Limited is based out of Tri Nagar, up on the second floor of a building in Kanhayia Nagar. If you know the area, you know how tight the streets can be and how much traffic there is near Plot no. 47. We spend most of our time climbing those stairs and dealing with the logistical side of things. It’s a functional space, mostly filled with boxes, desks, and some old computers that somehow still keep working. We handle a lot of the back-office tasks here, like sorting out the bills and keeping track of which stock is going where. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always noisy with rickshaws and people moving about. We aren't really a retail shop where people just walk in off the street to buy stuff. Instead, we are more of a hub for coordinating things. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to file, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here, and we usually just have tea while we go over the day’s orders. It’s a simple setup without any decorations or anything that isn't necessary. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay ahead of the schedule. Dealing with medicine distribution means we have to be careful with the details, even if the office itself looks a bit messy sometimes.
