Neetu Classes

Neetu Classes is based in Shahdara, at 1782/4 in Bholanath Nagar. This part of Delhi is very old and the lanes can be quite tight, so it has that real local feel. We are right in the middle of the neighborhood, surrounded by other houses and small shops. The space we use is just a regular floor where we’ve put in some seating for the kids. It’s a bit of a tight fit when the bigger groups come in, but we make it work. We’ve been teaching here for years, and most of the families around here know us by name. There isn’t any fancy technology or designer furniture here. It’s just us, the students, and their school bags piled up in the corner. We spend the evenings going over English lessons or helping with social studies. The street outside can be quite noisy with scooters and people talking, but inside it’s all about the school work. Sometimes we share a quick snack or a glass of water with the kids if they’ve had a long day at school. It’s a very down-to-earth place. We don't try to be a big academy with a lot of rules. We just sit down, open the books, and get to work until the sun goes down. It is a bit of a grind, but we like seeing the kids finally get their heads around a difficult chapter. That is really what it is all about for us.
