You can find Navigator Career Care Pvt. Ltd. right across from the JNU main gate. Our address is 367/B1, 103B. Being near the university means there are always students and young people walking around. It makes the area feel quite lively. Our office isn't anything special to look at. We have some shelves with books and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend our time talking to people about their careers and what they want to do next. It’s a lot of listening, really. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear, but we try to be direct. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just see our sign when they are heading to the campus. It’s a small team here. We make our own tea and usually eat at our desks if it’s busy. The office gets a lot of light in the morning, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well enough that people come back or tell their friends. It’s pretty quiet inside compared to the street outside. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized with all the files and folders we have. It’s a regular day-to-day business. We mostly just focus on helping folks figure out their next steps in life. It's okay work.
