Narula Paneer

If you are looking for us we are at Shop No C/124 in the Pandav Nagar Complex. We are right on the main road and pretty much opposite Mayur Bhavan. Most people know the Mother Dairy nearby so that is how they find us. We deal with paneer and other dairy items every single day. The mornings start very early for us because that is when the fresh stock arrives and we have to get everything sorted before the neighborhood wakes up. It is a small shop and it can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at the same time. We spend a lot of time cutting and weighing things on the scale. The Pandav Nagar area is always busy with people going to work or heading to the market. We see the same faces every morning which is nice. It is a very normal life here at the shop. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations. It is just a counter and the refrigerators that keep everything cold. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble a bit but that is just how it goes in Ganesh Nagar. We just keep the place clean and make sure we have enough for everyone who comes by. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn until we close up the shutters late in the evening.
