You can find our unit at A-58 in the Narela DSIIDC Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the manufacturing happens. The building is a standard industrial block. We’ve got our production lines set up on the ground floor. It’s usually pretty loud with the machines running all day. We make shoes here, and it’s a dusty, busy process. There’s no fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk on the shop floor or in a small corner where we keep the computer. We’ve been operating in Narela for quite a while now. The area is full of similar factories, so we fit right in. We don't have a big sign outside, just the number on the gate. We focus on getting the orders finished on time and making sure the quality is what it should be. Most of our workers live nearby. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just have a schedule and we try to stick to it. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s just part of the daily routine. We keep moving forward. The yard outside has a few parked trucks and some scrap material waiting to be cleared. We eat our lunch together in the small shed out back when the weather is nice. It’s just a normal factory life for all of us.
