We operate out of Plot No-9 in G.E. Gopal Nagar. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it suits us just fine. We work with technology and software. Most of the time, the office is just the sound of keyboards tapping away. We aren't big on fancy office culture. No bean bags or ping pong tables here. Just desks, chairs, and good internet. We focus on getting the tasks done. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and the room gets pretty quiet. Then someone figures it out and we all move on. We don’t have a big marketing department. Most of the folks who find us do so because they heard about us from someone else. It’s a small group of us. We know each other's habits by now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when you're trying to concentrate on code. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to keep going. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a very practical approach. We aren't looking to be the next big thing, just a solid place where work gets done correctly. The office isn't much to look at, but it's where we spend our days making things work. It’s home for us during the week and we keep things very down to earth.
