Mustafa Halal Chicken Shop

We have been here at Sukhdev Market for quite some time now. Mustafa Halal Chicken Shop is just a small spot at 113/2, but people know where to find us in Kotla Mubarakpur. It usually gets pretty busy in the mornings when the fresh stock arrives. We spend most of the day cleaning and cutting for the regulars who walk in. It’s a loud area, lots of people passing through, but we like the energy of the market. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but mostly we are just focused on the work at hand. My father started things out, and now we just keep it going day by day. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the shop and our tools. Most of our customers are neighbors who have lived here for years. They stop by, chat for a bit while we prep their order, and then go about their day. It’s a simple life, honestly. We make sure the place is kept as tidy as possible, though it's hard when you're dealing with poultry all day. If you are walking through the market, you will see us right there. We don’t do much advertising, word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. It’s just how things work around here. We open early and stay until the stock is finished. That's about it for our little shop.
