Maxweld Technology

Maxweld Technology is right on Rohtak Road in Mundka. If you are coming by the metro, you just have to look for Pillar No. 513. We are at Plot No. 634, which is very close to the Mundka Metro Station. It makes it easy for the guys to get to work in the morning without sitting in too much traffic. The road outside is always loud with cars and buses going towards Delhi or out towards Haryana. You get used to the sound after a few days. The workshop is where most of the action happens. It gets quite hot in the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We deal with a lot of metal and welding equipment here. There is usually a layer of dust on everything, but that is part of the job. We don't spend much time cleaning up for show, we just keep the floor clear enough to walk around safely. Most days are the same. We start around nine and keep going until the light starts to fade. Sometimes we stay late if there is a big job that needs finishing. There is no big corporate office or reception desk here. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We prefer it that way because it is direct. It is just a group of people working hard in a busy part of the city, making sure the welding work is done without any unnecessary delays.
