Building Blocks Learning Solution Pvt. Ltd.

We are based at F-46/A, which is where Building Blocks Learning Solution Pvt. Ltd. does all its work. It’s a straightforward office space without any bells and whistles. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers, and that’s about it. It’s not a place where you’ll find polished marble floors or fancy art on the walls. Mostly, you’ll see us staring at screens or talking through ideas for the projects we have going on. We don’t have a big marketing team telling us what to say, so we just talk normally. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can get work done without too many distractions, which is nice. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a bit too much, but we've gotten used to it. We don't really do formal meetings; we usually just shout across the room if we need something. It’s a very hands-on way of working. There's always a half-empty box of pens somewhere and a stack of notebooks that need filing. We try to keep things simple and functional. The plumbing is a bit old, so we have to be careful with the bathroom door. It’s just a small group of us here, trying to make things work every day. We don’t have a grand vision we talk about all the time; we just focus on the next step in front of us. It’s practical and it works for us.
