We are based at 43a in the Okhla Industrial Estate. This area of New Delhi is known for being quite a hub for manufacturing and storage, and our building fits right in with the rest of them. At Moser Baer, things are always moving. It’s a large operation, but inside, it feels like a collection of different departments all trying to keep up with the daily schedule. The address at 43a is a busy one. You’ll see trucks coming in and out at all hours, and the security gate is always a hive of activity. Inside, the rooms are filled with the hum of machinery and the clicking of keyboards. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or designer furniture. It’s a workspace meant for productivity. We deal with a lot of data storage and media products, so there’s a lot of technical stuff happening behind the scenes. The air is always a bit cool because of the climate control needed for the equipment. People here wear simple clothes, and there’s a lot of chatting near the water cooler during breaks. It’s a long day for most of us, starting early and ending well after the sun goes down. The Okhla heat can be tough in the summer, but we’ve got our routine down.
