We've been at Ward No. 6 in Mehrauli for a while now. Efobleg Exim Pvt. Ltd. is just a small setup here at T- 68. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, especially with the narrow lanes and everyone moving about all the time. Most days, we are just busy with the paperwork and making sure things get moved out on time. It is not a huge office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the courier guy is late, but that’s just how things go around here. We started this because we knew the export business and wanted to work for ourselves. The address is easy to find if you know Mehrauli well enough, though visitors sometimes get turned around in the streets. We handle a lot of different things, mostly just managing the flow of goods from here to wherever they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing emails. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at the desk with a cup of tea, trying to sort out a shipping bill. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but it feels good to be based right here in the heart of the old neighborhood. We keep things simple. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. That's how we run things.
