Our office is tucked away on the second floor of B-256 in Naraina Phase-I. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know it’s a busy industrial and commercial hub. We’ve been here at Medifirm Pharmacy for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the area. There’s always trucks moving and people rushing around downstairs. Up here, we keep things a bit more contained. We spend our days going through inventory and managing the paperwork that comes with running a pharmacy business. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional space with desks, shelves, and a few computers. Sometimes the climb up to the second floor feels a bit much after a long day, but it’s home for us. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. It’s more about making sure the orders are right and the stock is handled properly. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone, the next you’re helping move a crate. It’s just how we work. Being in Naraina makes logistics easier since we are so close to everything else. We just focus on our daily routine and getting the work done without much fuss. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know the trade well enough to keep things moving every single day through the various seasons.
