The Medical Travel Representativesassociation is based out of Flat No. 404 on the ground floor. We are situated in Sec-D, Pkt-6 of Vasant Kunj. It is a quiet residential pocket, so it does not feel like a typical busy office. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or responding to emails from people looking for information about medical travel. Since we are an association, there is a lot of coordinating between different members and representatives. Vasant Kunj is a nice part of the city, and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to deal with elevators. The office is a bit small, mostly just desks and a couple of filing cabinets filled with travel documents and member lists. We do not have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking up our address. It can get a bit disorganized when we have meetings, as there is not much space for a lot of people at once. We handle a lot of logistics for people who need to move around for health reasons. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking schedules and verifying details over and over. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here trying to keep the association running smoothly. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait for the technician, which slows things down. But we stay at it because the work needs to get done.
