We’ve been at this spot in Mayapuri for a good while now. It’s a busy place, right on the main road on the first floor of C-196/1. If you know Phase-II, you know it gets loud and active with all the industrial stuff going on. That’s just how we like it. We do construction work, mostly handling local projects that come our way. People around here know where to find us. Usually, there’s someone in the office sorting through papers or talking to contractors on the phone. It isn’t a fancy setup. We have desks, some old files, and a lot of coffee cups. Most days involve a lot of back and forth between the site and this office. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather slows us down, or supplies don’t show up exactly when they should, but we deal with it. It’s just how this business goes. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here in the same building.
