Masterstroke Digiinnovators Private Limited is right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place. We are on the first floor of Harsha Bhawan, at E-13/29. Being in CP means there is always something happening outside our windows. It’s a prestigious sounding address, but inside, we are just a regular office. We have desks, computers, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. We focus on digital innovation, though most days that just feels like a lot of troubleshooting and trying new things on the screen. The building is old and has a lot of character, which we like. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when people are coming down while you’re going up. We don't have a big corporate structure. There’s a boss, but he sits right there with us and does the same work. We talk about sports and the weather just as much as we talk about projects. It’s a friendly place to be. We aren't trying to be flashy or impress anyone with big words. We just want to do the work well and keep our clients happy so they come back. It’s a busy life in the heart of New Delhi, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We focus on the daily tasks and try to enjoy ourselves while we are at it.
