Masep Medical Group Private Limited is located right in the middle of Naraina Industrial Area. We are in Block -Z, House No 1/3, which used to be called 0LD-21/3 back in the day. Being in Loha Mandi means it’s a lot of trucks and noise, but it works for what we do. We deal with medical equipment and parts, so being in an industrial zone makes sense for us. The building is an old one, but it’s sturdy. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out every day. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy meeting. We’re usually wearing work clothes and moving boxes or checking inventory. New Delhi is hot in the summer, and the warehouse area gets pretty warm, but we have fans and keep going. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right block if you aren't familiar with Naraina, but we’re there. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the phones and ship out what's needed. It’s practical, hard work. There’s always dust from the road and noise from the factories nearby. We just focus on getting the medical supplies where they need to go. It’s a honest living and we try to do it right every day. We usually grab lunch from the small dhabas nearby when things are busy. It's just a normal workplace.
