We are located at F. 158 in Mangolpuri. This area is pretty busy and can get quite dusty with all the small factories and workshops around us. Our building is a simple structure where we handle all the import and export stuff. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and a small area for us to sit and do the billing. It’s not the kind of place where you’d bring a fancy guest, but it’s perfect for the work we do. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we all know each other well. There’s always a lot of noise from the street—horns honking and people shouting—but we don't mind it. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have any big slogans or "missions" to talk about. We just take the orders, check the goods, and send them off. Some days are stressful when a truck breaks down or something is missing, but we just figure it out. We eat our lunch at the desks and keep the work moving. It’s a very basic operation without any frills. We don’t spend money on advertising because we mostly deal with people who already know where to find us. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy and keep things honest.
