Reliance Defence And Aerospace Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is in the Reliance Centre on Maharaja Ranjit Singh Marg in New Delhi. It is a very central location, right in the heart of the city's chaos. We work on things related to defense and aerospace. It sounds very important and technical, and it is, but the daily reality is just a lot of meetings and checking long documents. The building is quite big and there is a lot of security to go through before you reach our floor. Inside, it looks like most other offices with cubicles and computers and people typing away. We deal with very large projects that take years to actually happen. There is a lot of coordination with different government offices and engineers. The traffic on Maharaja Ranjit Singh Marg is always a nightmare, so many of us arrive a bit stressed from the commute. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. It is not a place with a lot of decorations. We have maps on the walls and some models of equipment we work with. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we are given for the day. It is a lot of responsibility because the things we work on are used for national security, but we just take it one step at a time. It is a serious place, but we still find time to joke around.
