Chandra Machine Tools

Our shop is located at B-71 in Phase-I of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you know Okhla, you know it’s always crowded and there is always something moving. We have been in this spot for a good bit of time. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial unit with a heavy door. Inside, it’s a different story with all the lathes and milling machines taking up most of the floor space. There is always that specific smell of cutting fluid and cold metal when you walk in. We spend most of our hours making sure the tools are set right and the parts are coming out the way they should. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and checking things over and over. We don't really do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else in the area. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs finishing, and the tea stall down the street is the only thing open. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we know where everything is kept. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve got a small team, and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. It’s just how we run things here. Nothing too complicated, just keeping the machines going and making sure the work is solid. We don't need much more than that to keep the place running every day.
