This business is tucked away in Vinod Nagar at D-126/1. It’s a residential area mostly, so we have to be careful about not making too much noise when we are moving stuff around. We started out small and we’re still pretty much at that same level, just handling different types of trading goods. The office is just a room with some shelves and a computer that’s seen better days. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or writing down orders in our ledgers. It gets busy around the middle of the month when everyone seems to want something at the same time. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how things work here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the lanes around here are narrow and hard for big vans to navigate. We end up carrying a lot of boxes by hand from the main road. It’s a lot of physical work that people don’t see from the outside. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to make sure the business stays steady and the bills are paid. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We know our neighbors and they know what we do. It’s just a local enterprise trying to keep things moving along without too much trouble or complicated systems.
