J. B. Impex

J. B. Impex is located in room 103 of the Triveni Complex, which is at E10-12 in Jawahar Park. It’s a standard office complex with a lot of other businesses around. Our office isn’t anything special to look at. We have some gray desks, some old chairs, and a lot of shelves filled with samples and folders. We’ve been here for several years now. Our daily routine is pretty consistent. We come in, check the messages, and start working on the import and export documents. It involves a lot of patience, especially when dealing with the ports or the transport companies. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. The office can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door propped open. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't one. We’re just a local business doing our part in the trade world. Most of our clients have been with us for a while, so they know what to expect. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just handle the shipments and make sure the numbers add up. It’s a steady way to make a living. We focus on the work that needs doing today and don’t worry too much about the rest of it. It’s just how the days go here.
