Lantern Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is based out of 328, Dhruva CGHS in Patparganj. Since we are in a residential society, it’s a bit different from a standard commercial office. It’s quieter here, which is nice for getting work done. We have turned a portion of the space into our main operations center. There are folders and boxes everywhere, mostly filled with pharmaceutical records and samples. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different people across New Delhi. Patparganj is a good location for us because it’s well-connected. Most of our day is spent at our desks, typing up reports or checking on shipments. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be doing the accounting, and the next you are helping to load a van. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have any corporate slogans or big meetings. We just sit down, have some tea, and talk about what needs to reach where by the end of the week. It’s an honest way to work. The building itself is quite old, but it’s sturdy and serves our needs just fine. We are just a small company trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been here for a while and like the neighborhood.
