R. V. S. Impex Pruivate Ltd. is located down in the basement of J-3-B in Lajpat Nagar-iii. It stays a bit cooler down here during the Delhi summers, which is a plus. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re just driving by, so we usually have to give people directions over the phone. Being in Lajpat Nagar means there’s always a lot of traffic and people walking around. The basement is quite spacious though. We’ve got it partitioned off into a few different sections for the inventory and the office work. We do a lot of packing and unpacking here. It can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment arrives, but we try to keep things organized. The lighting isn't great, but we added some extra lamps last year to help. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, even though we are technically a private limited company. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the entrance. Most of our neighbors are also businesses, so it’s a working atmosphere. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. Sometimes the rains make the entrance a bit messy, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for years and don’t really plan on moving. It’s home for the business. We just get on with the daily tasks and try to stay ahead of the schedule without any fuss.
