Trading Destination Incorporation

We are down in the basement at J-28 A in the Central Market of Lajpat Nagar-2. Trading Destination Incorporation isn't the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but it keeps us cool during the Delhi summers. The office is usually humming with the sound of the computers and the air purifier. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly focusing on getting goods moved from one point to another. It’s a lot of logistics and detail work. Central Market is always loud and crowded, so our little basement feels like a quiet cave in comparison. We have a small table where we take our breaks and talk about whatever is in the news. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. If the floor needs sweeping, someone sweeps it. If a big order comes in, we all jump on it. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in paper, but we usually find what we need eventually. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We’re just here in Lajpat Nagar, doing the work and trying to keep things moving along smoothly. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us on our toes and there’s never a day without something to sort out or someone to call.
