Our office is tucked away on the first floor over at 18/4 in the Radhey Puri Extension, right in Jagat Puri. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned building and the stairs can be a little steep if you aren't paying attention. We’ve been here for a while, just handling our daily business. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around desks with stacks of papers and folders everywhere. We deal with international trade and shipping things out, which means a lot of checking lists and making phone calls. The neighborhood is always active, and there’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit way too often. We don't have a big glass-fronted lobby or a fancy receptionist. Most days it’s just the sound of the fan overhead and someone typing away on a keyboard. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we just open the windows and keep going. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We’re just local people doing a job and making sure the orders are processed correctly. It’s a simple setup, and that suits us just fine. Sometimes we run behind on things, but we always stay until the work is finished. It’s just how we operate here in Jagat Puri without any of the big corporate fuss you see in other places.
