Khosla Exim Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Hemkunt House in Rajendra Place. Our unit is No. 101, which is easy enough for most people to find once they get to the building. Rajendra Place is a lot of concrete and tall office blocks, and Hemkunt House is one of those spots where everyone is always in a hurry. We’ve been at No. 6 for some time. It’s a central spot, so getting around the city from here isn't too bad. The office itself is pretty basic. We have the usual stuff—desks, chairs, a lot of folders. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or art for the walls. We are too busy keeping track of our shipments and talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the elevators in these big buildings take forever, so we end up waiting around a lot. It’s just part of the day. Being in Hemkunt House means we are surrounded by other businesses doing their own thing too. We focus on our exim work and try to keep things moving. It’s a professional enough area but our own space feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. We just want to get the orders sorted and out the door.
