Samsung Overseas

Our office is up on the first floor at 1702/57 along Arya Samaj Road. If you’ve ever walked through Karol Bagh, you know how loud and crowded it gets down on the street level. Up here at Samsung Overseas, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still hear the horns honking all day long. We have been in this spot for quite some time. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying heavy files up can be a bit of a chore. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents for shipments going overseas. It’s a lot of back and forth with people. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of shelves filled with old records. I usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby because the food in Karol Bagh is hard to beat. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or talk. It’s not like those big fancy offices you see in movies. It’s just a workspace where we try to stay organized. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are easy to work with, others keep us on our toes. We just take it one day at a time here. It's a busy life, but it keeps us moving. The wooden floors creak when you walk through the hallway.
