We’re located at No. 18-a/2 Doriwalan, just off New Rohtak Road in Karol Bagh. It’s a famous part of town, always crowded and full of life. Aarna Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been based here for quite a while. If you’ve ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it’s a bit of a maze, but we like it here. Our office is a functional space where we handle all our importing and exporting. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of trade magazines lying around. We spend our days coordinating with suppliers and making sure our cargo is moving. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles. We all just pitch in where needed. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but that’s Karol Bagh for you. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the trade industry and managed to stay steady. We focus on the practical side of things. There’s no big philosophy here, just a commitment to getting the shipments right. We’ve known the local tea seller for years, and that’s a big part of our day. We just try to be honest and do our work well without making a big deal out of it. It’s a straightforward business in a busy neighborhood. We just keep working away at the desk.
