I’m Jitender Chauhan and my place is H.No.16 in Naharpur. This is Rohini Sector 7, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi, but it’s where I grew up. I turned part of my house into a work area so I wouldn't have to deal with the metro commute every morning. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes and the old furniture, but it works for me. I started this business a while ago just to have something of my own. My neighbors know I’m usually inside working away at something. I don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. I just do the work as it comes in and try to stay honest with everyone. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially when the vegetable sellers go by, but you get used to it. New Delhi is a fast place, but Naharpur feels a bit more like a village sometimes. I like that balance. I don’t have any big slogans or goals other than just doing a good job and keeping the lights on. If someone knocks on the door, they’re usually looking for directions or they’ve got a delivery. It’s a very normal life here. I just take things one day at a time and keep moving forward. My desk is near the window, so I get to see what's happening outside while I'm typing.
