At Citilinks Exports & Imports, we operate out of H/14 in Abul Fazal Enclave. This part of Jamia Nagar in Okhla is where we’ve set up our base. It’s a practical location for us since we deal with a lot of shipping and receiving. The area is always humming with activity, people moving around, and small shops everywhere. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and we’re there working. Our daily life involves a lot of coordinating with warehouses and transport companies. It gets busy, especially toward the end of the month when everything seems to happen at once. We’ve been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the noise outside, we focus on getting the paperwork right and making sure the cargo moves like it should. We aren't into big talk or making things sound more important than they are. It’s just regular work, buying and selling across borders. Most of us live nearby, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the Okhla traffic. The office is a bit cluttered with samples and files, but we know where everything is. It’s a steady pace here, and we prefer it that way, just keeping things moving without making a big production out of it. It’s a simple business but it keeps us on our toes every single day of the week.
