Izuk Chemical & Herbals

Our place, Izuk Chemical & Herbals, is on the first floor at A-274 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1. Okhla is a very busy and grimy part of the city, and our building is no different. The stairs up to our unit are concrete and a bit steep. Inside, we have a mix of glass bottles, plastic jugs, and bags of various powders. It is a working lab and storage space, so it is never perfectly tidy. We have several long tables where we do our mixing and testing. The windows are usually kept closed because of the noise from the factories outside, so it can get a bit stuffy. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. We don't have a corporate office with carpets and paintings. Everything here is functional and a bit worn out. Our lab coats are rarely perfectly white because we are always working with different substances. We eat our snacks in the small break area that is just a couple of chairs tucked behind a shelf. The people who work here have been doing this for a long time and we all know the routine. We don't try to impress anyone with the look of the place. It is just a spot in Phase 1 where we handle chemicals and herbs every day. It is hard work and it keeps us busy.
