Our place is located at D-91/4 in Okhla Phase II. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s a busy industrial hub with a lot of noise and movement. We operate under the name Aroma Chemical Agenices India. It’s a very industrial area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We deal with various chemicals and raw materials for factories. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves, desks, and a lot of paper logbooks. We spend most of our time coordinating between different warehouses and the customers who need supplies. It’s a lot of logistical work every day. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just try to get the orders filled and out the door on time. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a truck is late or the weather is bad. We’ve been in Okhla for a long time now, so we know the other business owners nearby. We usually grab lunch at one of the small local stalls. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment to be in. We aren't some corporate giant. We’re just a team of people who know the chemical business well. It’s what we’ve always done. We don't see the need to change much as long as the work keeps coming in. It’s just a regular operation for everyone involved here.
