It Solution

Our shop is tucked away in Kapasehra, which stays pretty crowded because of all the people moving through the area. It Solution is what we call ourselves, mostly because we spend all day staring at computer screens or fixing broken hardware. It’s dusty out here, so we are constantly cleaning the fans and motherboards that come in. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It is just a practical space where we keep our spare parts and tools. People bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when the internet starts acting up. We also help out small businesses nearby when their office setups go wrong. It’s not like those big IT firms in the city where everyone wears suits. We are usually in jeans, trying to figure out why a piece of software is crashing. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait, which gives us time to catch up on some news. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. We like knowing our customers by name. It makes the work feel a bit more personal. We don't promise miracles, just that we will try our hardest to get your tech working again so you can get back to your own life. This place isn't fancy, but it gets the job done for the locals who know where to find us.
