Indo Western Tradelinks

You can find us over in Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase II. We are in one of those DDA Sheds, A-53, on the ground floor. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise—machines running, metal clanging, and trucks loading up in the lanes. Our office is practical. We have a large table where we spread out samples or shipping documents, and the walls are mostly covered with maps or old schedules. It can get quite hot in the shed during the summer, so we have a couple of heavy-duty fans going all the time. Indo Western Tradelinks is basically a hub for moving goods back and forth. We spend our time negotiating prices and making sure the trade links are actually working like they should. Sometimes things get stuck at the warehouse, or a shipment arrives with the wrong labels, and we have to spend the whole afternoon sorting it out. It’s a lot of physical work mixed with some desk work. We usually have lunch together, sometimes ordering from the local dhaba around the corner. We aren't corporate people with suits; we mostly wear stuff that doesn't mind a bit of warehouse dust. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, see what needs to be moved or traded, and we do our best to get it done before the sun goes down. That’s the daily routine here in Okhla for us. It is busy, messy, and keeps us on our feet.
